Our Approach
At Hewman, we've learned that people don't always need another presentation, icebreaker, or agenda to connect.
Sometimes they simply need something to make together.
Working with clay creates a shared point of focus. As people shape the material with their hands, conversations begin to unfold naturally. Some people talk throughout the experience. Others quietly observe. Both are welcome.
Most participants arrive believing they "aren't artistic."
By the end, many leave having surprised themselves—not because they created a perfect sculpture, but because they gave themselves permission to try something new.
